This is the black porcupine hat. This black cap is covered across every inch of the surface in an array of various sized Black studs. the mixture of different sized studs and the total covering of the surface gives texture and brilliance to this design.

    We have shipping delivery options available for you to choose from, including:

    Standard Shipping & Express Shipping

    • We use Australia Post for dispatch. All packages will be sent tracked and a tracking number can be provided upon request.
    • Standard Shipping delivery is shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order.
    • Express Shipping delivery is shipped same day or next business day, depending on the time of your order. If your order is placed before 2pm, it will be sent the same business day. Orders after 2pm, or on weekends will be sent the next business day.
    • Australia Post delivers to most areas between 1-7 business days. Some areas can take around 10 working days (eg. WA) For approximate delivery times for your location, please see Australia Post's Delivery Speeds & Coverage.
    • Australia Post do not deliver on weekends and as such our deliveries are based upon working days. During busy periods such as Christmas it may take a day or two longer than estimated so please allow for this when ordering.

    • Occasionally we may offer free shipping. This will be either automatically applied upon check out or a promotional code will be issued to redeem this special offer.

      In addition to the below terms, it is also the buyers responsibility to allow enough time for delivery of your order (see Delivery and Shipping).

      Refunds - Online
      We offer refunds on items that are faulty or damaged, or if a purchased item is out of stock. 

      In the event an item is out of stock, buyers will be notified within 48 hours.

      The following conditions apply on refunds:

    • Buyer must notify Auspunk Shop of any faults or issues within 48 hours of receiving item.
    • Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving item.
    • Item must be returned unworn, unused in original condition including all packing
    • Refunds will not be processed until the original item is received and assessed.
    • Full refunds including shipping costs are available for all goods with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

      Refunds - In-store

      Purchases made in-store are non-refundable. We only offer exchange or credit for any purchases made in-store.

      Exchanges
      We offer exchanges for sizing and change of mind purchases on all full price items. However, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items.
      We also do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

      The following conditions apply on exchanges:

    • Buyer must notify Auspunk Shop of the intention to exchange within 48 hours or receiving item.
    • Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving items.
    • Item must be returned unworn, unused in original condition including all packing
    • Receipt / Proof of Purchase must be included with the return
    • Exchanges will not be processed until the original item is received.
    • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and exchange.
    • Due to hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges (unless the item is faulty) on the following products:

    • Leggings & Tights
    • Wigs
    • Hats & Headwear

     

    How to Return An Item

    • Please email us through our Contact Page 
    • Once we have received your request we will email you to confirm the returns process. You will then be required to return the products via a traceable shipping method (for example, registered post). If you return an item without tracking and the item is lost, Auspunk Shop accepts no responsibility and we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.
